How does the referral program work?+
Send Matt an intake with the client's contact details, target area, price band, and timeline. Matt confirms receipt within 24 hours, executes a written broker-to-broker referral agreement, and represents the client through close. You receive 25 to 30 percent of Matt's gross commission at close, wired by Luxe Places.
What is the referral fee?+
Standard fee is 25 percent of gross. 27 percent for repeat referrers. 30 percent for sales above $3M or for relationships where the referring agent stays involved in client communication. All fees paid broker to broker.
How long does a typical North Bay transaction take?+
From accepted offer to close, Marin averages 28 to 35 days, Sonoma and Napa average 30 to 40, Lake and Mendocino can stretch to 45 with rural lending. Buyer pre-approval and seller-side prep usually add 30 to 60 days on the front end. Plan on a 90-day arc from intake to wire.
What qualifies as a referral?+
Any buyer or seller intent on a North Bay California transaction who is not already in active conversation with another Luxe Places agent. The first written introduction sets the referral record. Casual mentions do not lock the relationship.
Can clients refer too?+
Yes. Past clients who refer friends and family receive a closing gift program and personal thanks from Matt. Civilian referrals do not collect a commission share, but they do compound the relationship.
What information do you need up front?+
Name, email, phone, target city or sub-region, price band, buy or sell or both, ideal timeline, and any notes on motivation. The more context, the faster the first call lands on the right beat.
